JOB TITLE: ICT – Business Systems Administrator REPORTS TO: GM – ICT Strategy Development For: Day to day guidance & support DIRECT REPORTS: None   JOB PURPOSE: To ensure that the business systems are optimally utilized, roles are adequately assigned and service desk tickets followed up to closure while giving first line technical support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Accurately manage the Toyota and vendor Service desks. This covers from incident reporting, change request, escalation, complain handling, resource assignment and incident closing to complain/feedback
